Who Should Not Take Trandolapril?

You should not take trandolapril if:
 
  • You are allergic to trandolapril, Mavik, or any inactive components used to make trandolapril. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of inactive ingredients.
     
  • You have a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor treatment.
     
  • You have hereditary or idiopathic angioedema.
