Drug Interactions With Trandolapril

Some of the drugs that can potentially interact with trandolapril include diuretics, lithium, and potassium supplements. Drug interactions with trandolapril can decrease your blood pressure too much, change how your body metabolizes the drugs, and alter the levels of some drugs in your blood. Also, taking trandolapril along with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can contribute to kidney damage in some people, as well as make trandolapril less effective at lowering blood pressure.
