Ranexa 1000 Mg

Available by prescription only, Ranexa® (ranolazine) is approved to prevent angina (chest pain) attacks in people who have a chronic form of this condition. The medication comes as extended-release tablets that are taken twice daily
 
The recommended starting dosage for Ranexa is 500 mg twice a day. If necessary, your healthcare provider may increase this to a maximum of 1000 mg of Ranexa twice daily to control your angina symptoms. Your specific dosage, however, will depend on how you respond to the medication, other medications you are taking, and various other factors.
