Ramipril Drug Interactions

Diuretics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, potassium-sparing diuretics, and lithium are just a few of the drugs that can interact with ramipril. The results of these interactions can change how your body metabolizes the drugs, cause your blood pressure to decrease too much, and contribute to kidney damage.
