Who Should Not Take Prinivil?

You should not take Prinivil if:
 
  • You are allergic to Prinivil, lisinopril, or any inactive component used to make Prinivil. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
  • You have a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor treatment.
  • You have hereditary or idiopathic angioedema.
