CoQ10 may be effective for several uses, although more research is necessary in this area. However, do not expect CoQ10 to slow down or reverse aging, or to be a miracle "cure-all." Although it may help with some specific medical conditions, there is no evidence to suggest that CoQ10 can promote general health in people who are currently healthy.
