Constipation, indigestion, and nausea are some of the possible side effects of Centrum Cardio. Side effects may also include muscle aches, intestinal cramps, and vomiting. However, not everyone who takes Centrum Cardio will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well.
