Women are less likely to experience the classic heart attack symptoms. In fact, up to 20 percent of women will who have a heart attack will have mild discomfort or no pain at all. Women are more likely to have more vague symptoms of a heart attack such as:
 
  • Unusual tiredness
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Problems breathing
  • Anxiety (feeling uneasy or worried).

Treatments are most effective if given within one hour of when the heart attack begins. If you have these symptoms, call 911 right away!
