Benifits of Garlic

Were you looking for information about
Benefits of Garlic? Benifits of garlic is a common misspelling of benefits of garlic.

Studies have shown that garlic may be effective at slowing down the progression of atherosclerosis, reducing the risk of some cancers, and treating certain infections. It is also believed to work to reduce high cholesterol by decreasing the production of cholesterol in the liver. It does not seem to have much of an effect on blood sugar in people with or without diabetes. Therefore, it probably is not effective for treating this condition.

Many of the studies on the benefits of garlic were based on the dietary intake of the food, not through supplements. It is not entirely clear whether garlic supplements provide the same benefits as eating garlic or if certain types of supplements are better than others.
