Fish Oil Drug InteractionsIt is possible that certain medications (such as aspirin, blood pressure medications, or NSAIDs) can negatively interact with fish oil. Drug interactions with fish oil may cause dangerous side effects, such as an increased risk of bleeding or blood pressure that is too low. To avoid these problems, be sure to talk to your healthcare provider prior to taking fish oil about any drug interactions that may apply to you.
