Orlistat (Alli, Xenical)
Orlistat works by blocking the absorption of fat into your body. This action could also block the absorption of fish oil into the body. To avoid this problem, be sure to take orlistat and your fish oil supplement at least two hours apart.
 
Warfarin (Coumadin, Jantoven)
It is possible that warfarin may interact with fish oil, increasing your risk of bleeding. However, the significance of this interaction is not yet known. Check with your healthcare provider before taking warfarin and fish oil together.
