Drug Interactions With Dofetilide

Combining dofetilide with certain diuretics, lidocaine, and various other products could lead to drug interactions. In some cases, these reactions may lead to potentially life-threatening complications, such as dangerous heart rhythm problems. Do not start treatment with dofetilide without first talking to your healthcare provider about all medications, vitamins, and supplements you are taking.

An Overview of Dofetilide Interactions

Dofetilide (Tikosyn®) can potentially react with a number of other medications. Some of the products that may lead to drug interactions with dofetilide include but are not limited to:
