Cumidin
Were you looking for information about Coumadin? Cumidin is a common misspelling of Coumadin.
Coumadin® (warfarin sodium) is an anticoagulant "blood thinner" medication used to prevent and treat blood clots. It works to inhibit blood clotting due to various causes by decreasing the formation of certain active clotting factors. This medication, which is available by prescription only, comes in tablet form and numerous different strengths. The recommended dose will vary, depending on how you respond to Coumadin (this is monitored using regular blood tests).
(Click Coumadin for more information on how this drug works, what forms and strengths are available, and potential side effects to be aware of. You can also click any of the links in the box to the right for specific information.)
