Centrum Cardio: What Should I Tell My Healthcare Provider?

You should talk with your healthcare provider prior to taking Centrum Cardio if you have:
 
  • Anemia
  • Sitosterolemia (phytosterolaemia), a rare genetic condition
  • Any allergies, including allergies to medications, dyes, foods, or preservatives.
     
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are:
 
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking, including non-prescription and prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

What If I Take an Overdose of Centrum Cardio?

Side effects from too much of any of the active ingredients (particularly iron) in Centrum Cardio might cause problems. If you think you or someone else may have taken too much Centrum Cardio, seek immediate medical attention.

Centrum Cardio should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Centrum Cardio tablets should be stored in an airtight container.
