You should talk with your healthcare provider prior to taking this product if you have:
- Sitosterolemia (phytosterolaemia), a rare genetic condition
- Any allergies, including allergies to medications, dyes, foods, or preservatives.
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are:
- Pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant (see Centrum Cardio and Pregnancy)
- Breastfeeding (see Centrum Cardio and Breastfeeding).
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking, including non-prescription and prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

Side effects from too much of any of the active ingredients (particularly iron) in Centrum Cardio might cause problems. If you think you or someone else may have taken too much Centrum Cardio, seek immediate medical attention.

Centrum Cardio should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. The tablets should be stored in an airtight container.
Keep Centrum Cardio and all other medications out of the reach of children.
