Centrum Cardio Dosage

The recommended Centrum Cardio dosage is the same for everyone -- one tablet taken twice a day. It is not recommended to take this standard Centrum Cardio dose at once, as it may increase the risk of side effects and it might not be as effective. It is best to take each Centrum Cardio dosage with a meal or snack.

There is only one standard recommended dose for Centrum Cardio®. As is always the case, do not adjust your Centrum Cardio dose unless your healthcare provider specifically instructs you to do so.
 

Centrum Cardio Dosing

The recommended dose for Centrum Cardio is one tablet taken twice a day with meals or snacks. It is not recommended to take both tablets at once, as you may be more likely to experience side effects (such as stomach upset), and it might not work as well.

  • Centrum Cardio comes in the form of a tablet. It is taken by mouth twice daily.

  • Centrum Cardio tablets should be taken with food.

  • Centrum Cardio contains a little calcium, but not nearly enough for most people. If your healthcare provider has recommended that you take calcium, you will need more calcium in addition to Centrum Cardio.
