Storage Methods

The medication should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Cardene capsules should be stored in an airtight container.
 
Keep Cardene and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you do not take your Cardene as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
 

Strengths of Cardene

Cardene capsules are available in two strengths:
 
  • Cardene 20 mg capsules
  • Cardene 30 mg capsules.
     
An injectable form of Cardene is also available for use in hospitals.
 

Generic Cardene

Currently, both brand-name and generic Cardene versions are licensed for sale.
