Brilinta Warnings and Precautions
You should not take Brilinta if you:
- Are allergic to it, ticagrelor, or any inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
- Have active bleeding, such as a bleeding stomach or intestinal ulcer or bleeding in the brain.
- Have a history of any bleeding in the brain.
- Have severe liver disease.
